With DCB Design Select, you can select one of three approaches. We offer the traditional Design/Bid approach, in which you select an architect and we do the construction. Or, using our innovative version of the Design/Build approach, we can provide you both design and build services in one convenient package. We even provide you with a third way to remodel, called the Hybrid Team approach. With this approach, we team with you and your architect during the design stage to provide you with benefits not often available when you select your own architect.
